The chassis is made of solid metal sheets, hand-welded from several individual pieces, thus ensuring that each children's car is made to the highest quality and longevity. The finished frame is powder coated. An aluminum shroud is fitted around the leg shield for added stability, protection and a vintage look.

FIRST ride on the toy The wheels of our PRIMO ride-on contain two metal rims, powder-coated in gray and assembled with 4 stainless steel screws. The tires are made safe for small children with smooth black plastic and include a white wall ring for an authentic classic look. The handlebar, fork and transmission are hand-bent metal tubes, subsequently powder-coated in gray. Hard-coated exteriors protect our PRIMO children's toys from the outside elements. The handles are made of black plastic and include a 3D print of the logo. The soft seat cushion is covered in artificial leather for maximum comfort and an antique look.

This keeps girls and boys very active, while at the same time stimulating their neuronal development of motor skills and coordination.
